Company profile – Services offered

AG Real Company is actively present on the real estate market since 2002, whereas the experience and practice of its founders reach back to 1996. We offer complex real estate services with focus on the region of Bratislava. We have however carried out businesses throughout Slovakia as well as in the neighboring countries. Our activity is aimed at providing high-quality services to local companies, foreign subjects, their employees, as well as to natural persons.

We provide the following services:

• mediation of letting and hiring of apartments, houses and residencies (residential services)
• mediation of letting and hiring of non-residential buildings (commercial services)
• mediation of selling and purchasing of real estate
• consulting in the field of real estate
• complementary services related to sale (translating and interpreting, securing documents at the cadastral office, proposals, identifying real estate owners, securing land-use information, providing legal services)
• complementary services related to hiring (translating and interpreting, cooperation in tax consulting, cooperation in furnishing apartments, police and administration registrations etc.)

We offer all of the above services in Slovak, as well as in English and German languages. By using electronic communication, digital imaging and internet, we provide our services in a faster, clearer and more convenient way, thus saving time both to our clients and ourselves. Upon a telephone call, we are ready to arrange a meeting with you in your company, at your house, or a visit of the offered real estate.

Unless otherwise agreed, we claim the mediation fee only at the moment of successful completion of the transaction (the so-called success fee) based on a mediation contract.

Since 2009 we are the member of National Association of Real Estate Agencies of Slovakia.
